For Authors
Instructions
All manuscripts must follow IEEE format. Papers are limited to 6 pages. Additional pages may be purchased at ₹500 per page. Submit as a single PDF or Word file.
Include all author names, affiliations, contact details, and a brief biography of 40–70 words per author. Mention ORCID ID if available, and indicate a corresponding author where applicable.
Provide an abstract of no more than 1,000 words summarising the main contribution and findings. Include a list of keywords for indexing purposes.
Submit only original, unpublished work. The conference enforces IEEE's plagiarism policy. Your submission confirms the paper is not under simultaneous consideration elsewhere, and all sources are properly cited.
Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest or funding sources related to their work at the time of submission.
ICSDECT-2027 follows a blind review process conducted by at least 3 reviewers from a distinguished panel of academicians and professionals. Reviewers cannot self-select papers to avoid conflicts of interest.
Papers are expected to be presented orally unless assigned to a poster session. At least one author must register and be present (physically or online) to present the paper — this is a requirement for publication and indexing.
Ph.D. students may submit to the dedicated doctoral conference track to present their research and interact with experienced researchers from academia, industry, and research labs.
(A) Accepted papers will be published in proceedings indexed in reputed Scopus journals.
(B) Extended versions of selected papers will be considered for special issues in IEEE, Elsevier, Springer, and Taylor & Francis journals.
Note: We have applied for IEEE conference publication of our proceedings.
